Industrial production in Bashkiria raised by 6,1%

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov estimated social-economic development of the region in 2012, speaking at the first plenary autumn gathering of the Republican parliament.

Rustem Khamitov has underscored that the Republic goes up in ratings of Russian Ministry for economic development by dynamics of real sector development, by development of investment climate and social-budget sphere for the fourth month successively.

The President RB has also mentioned that some showings of the region are higher than the average Russian ones.

“Since the beginning of the year our industrial production was increased by 6,1%, while in Russia – just by 3%” – Ruetm Khamitov stated.

The head of the Republic also mentioned the forecasted growth of investments. The sum of investments has to make up 230-240 billion rubles. In 2011 this showing was lower than 180 billion. The growth will be 20-25%.

“For eight months nearly 80 billion rubles of taxes was collected by Republican budget – by 7,5% more than in 2011” – the President RB said.

Rustem Khamitov has also positive estimated work results of Bashkir agrarians. In spite of very severe draught about two million tons of grain is harvested in the Republic.

The President RB also mentioned the work of the building sector. Since the beginning of the year the builders put by 10% more housing into exploitation than for the same period of time in 2011.

The President RB has also mentioned that the republic is strong economically, we have stable political situation and the level of public approval of the reforms is high.

“All abovementioned gives us a chance to become a region, which other regions consider as an example, and the region, which people willingly go to” – Rustem Khamitov mentioned.
