Rustem Khamitov has held a meeting with “GASPROMBANK” top management

On September 6 the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has held a work meeting with the deputy President of JSC “GASPROMBANK” Famil Sadygov in Moscow. Financial cooperation within the frames of some big investment projects, crediting for Republican enterprises and population and participation of the bank in local social programs as well as charitable activity of the bank on the territory RB were under discussion in the course of negotiations.

Rustem Khamitov and Famil Sadygov have discussed a draft protocol of intentions, within the frames of which the Government RB and “GASPROMBANK” will cooperate in different directions. In particular, “GASPROMBANK” is interested in participation in the project for construction of international transport corridor “Europe-Eastern China”, running through the territory RB.

Possible participation of the bank in reconstruction of international airport “Ufa”, erection of rubbish recycling plant and modernization of water supply and water disposal systems was also discussed.

“GASPROMBANK” is considered the biggest universal financial institute in Russia, standing in Top3 of Russian banks and holding the third place among banks of Central and Eastern Europe by the volume of its own capital.
