Rustem Khamitov met representatives of company “Gebr. Heinemann”

On September 5 the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has held a work meeting with the director for development in Eastern Europe and CIS of German Company “Gebr. Heinemann” Eigen Sirota.

Public affairs service of the President RB reports that German specialists introduced the project of a business aviation center on the base of the international airport “Ufa”. The project represents a center with the area at least 1000 square meters. It will include arrival and relegation zones, conference-halls, rooms for negotiations, duty free shops, restaurants and a hotel.

Rustem Khamitov has expressed interest in opening of such center.

“We will hold big international actions in 2015: Shanghai Cooperation Organization and BRIGC summits. Besides, Bashkortostan attracts attention of many investors from Europe and Asia. Business activity goes up” – he stated.

“We’d like to deepen our cooperation with your Republic and opening of a business aviation center is our next step. We see that Ufa and Bashkir territories have good potential here” – Eigen Sirota mentioned.
