Constantine Tolkatchev indicated priorities of parliamentary autumn session

“First of all we will work with the bills, which haven’t been completed during the previous session” – the chairman of the State Council RB Constatine Tolkatchev said, talking about preparations for the forthcoming autumn parliamentary session – “Besides, there are many legislative initiatives the deputies have to work with”.

The speaker called the initiatives concerning state structure construction and construction of public society institutes and consideration of the Republican budget as the main ones. The corresponding law should be introduced before October 1.

Public communities will be also invited to discussion of a new financial document. The bill will be published and every citizen may study it and offer something.

Very important problems will be discussed in sphere of ecology. For example, the town of Mezgorie is located on the territory of the local reserve and there are no free lands in Beloretsky region RB. In this connection the question arises that families, having three kids, should receive free land lots.

“We are constantly working over alteration of the Ecological Code RB but new and new problems arise. Ecology is a sphere of our permanent attention because ecological problems are very important for our citizens” – the speaker stated.
