Sergey Molchanov joined Council for development of local self-government under President of Russia

The chairman of the Association “The Council of municipal formations RB”, the head of Oktyabrsky administration Sergey Molchanov is included into the staff of the Council for development of local self-government under the President of Russian Federation. Kremlin press-service reports Vladimir Putin signed the decree about new staff of the Council and its presidium.

The Council’s staff consists of the leaders of the biggest Russian regions, members of Russian Public Chamber and representatives of Russian Federal Assembly.

The ex-head of Ufa administration, a State Duma deputy Paul Kachkaev presented Republic of Bashkortostan in the former staff of the Council.

For the reference: The Council for local self-government under the President of Russian Federation is a consultative body. It is formed for perfection of state politics in sphere of local self-government. Preparation of proposals on conducting of state policy in sphere of local self-government, determination of prior directions in its realization, provision of interaction between federal authority, regional authority and local self-government bodies and consideration of federal bills in this sphere are its main aims.
