Gennady Bukaev is appointed a consultant of the President RB

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov appointed Gennady Bukaev to the post of a presidential consultant in accordance with his decree.

For the reference: Gennady Ivanovitch Bukaev was born on September 15, 1947, in the village Stepnoe, Orenburg region. He has finished Ufa Oil Institute and the Higher party school in the city of Sverdlovsk.

In 1975-1977 – he was working as the chief of Ufa Oil Institute’s capital construction department.

In 1977-1978 – he was working as a deputy chairman of Ufa district council’s Ordjonikidzevsky district executive committee.

In 1978-1980 – he was studying at the Higher Party School in Sverdlovsk.

In 1980-1985 he was an instructor of a regional CPSU Bashkir committee.

In 1985-1990 – he was working the first secretary of CPSU town committee in Belebey.

In 1990-1992 – he was working as the head of a department of Bashkortostan’s Cabinet of Ministers.

In 1992-1999 – he was the head of State Tax Inspectorate in Republic of Bashkortostan.

In 1999-2000 – He was working as the head of the Department of Russian Federation’s Ministry for taxes and duties in Moscow.

In 2000-2004 he was the Minister of Russian federation for taxes and duties.

In 2004-2008 he was working as a consultant of the Prime-Minister of Russian Federation’s Government.

In 2008-2012 – he was working as a consultant of the first deputy Chairman of Russian Federation’s Government.
