Konstantin Tolkachev: «All best traditions of education system should be kept»

The Chairman of the State Assembly — Kurultay RB Konstantin Tolkachev took part in the meeting of education workers of Yanaulsky region, the press-service of the State Assembly RB informs. The speaker of the republican parliament marked in his speech that today at the decision of problems connected with economy modernisation, manufacture, science and education act as an integral system. Academic knowledge of people and vocational training become the major conditions of economic growth and successful social development.

“Despite drawbacks and difficulties, the republican education system remains one of the largest and developed in the country,” Konstantin Tolkachev said. “Bashkortostan for many years takes the leading positions on quality of education. As a result of purposeful activity of public authorities, local government, workers of national education and higher education during last years significant changes occurred in the education system and Bashkortostan considerably differs from many subjects of the Russian Federation with such positive dynamics.”

According to Konstantin Tolkachev, local deputies, members of parliament of all levels, municipal unions, bodies of police, teachers, all public and especially veterans should take active position in education and upbringing of youth.

“Undoubtedly, education reform will proceed in the republic dynamically,” the Chairman of State Assembly RB underlined. “All best traditions of education system should be saved and increased. We also should proceed from this immutable criterion at carrying out of reforms.”

Speaking about positive indicators in the republican education system, Konstantin Tolkachev marked the essential contribution to this process by teachers from Yanaulsky region.
