Vadim Starov is elected new vice-speaker of Bashkir parliament

A deputy chairman of the Republican parliament was elected today, July 12, in the course of the 54th gathering of State Council-Kurultay-RB. Vadim Starov has become the third vice-speaker of the Republican parliament along with Rafael Zinurov and Lilia Gumerova. This question has been considered the first in today’s agenda.
The candidature of Vadim Starov, offered by the faction of the Communist Party of Russia, was introduced by the chairman of State Council RB Constantine Tolkachev. The majority of the deputies supported this decision.
Vadim Nikolaevich Starov was born on July 23, 1979, in Ufa. He has finished the Bashkir State University.
Since 2001 after graduating the Bashkir State University he works as an assistant attorney in Bashkir district bar association. He presents the faction of communists in the parliament of Bashkortostan.
