The last in spring session gathering of Republican parliament will take place in Ufa on July 12

The 54th gathering of the State Council-Kurultay-RB of the fourth convocation will take place in Ufa on July 12. This decision was reached on Friday, July 6, at the gathering of the State Council’s Presidium. Deputies approved the agenda, consisting of 27 questions. 12 Republican bills expected to become laws, including “Alteration of the law RB “Education”, “Alteration of some legal acts RB in sphere of subsurface management” etc. For the first time deputies will consider the bill “State support of charitable activity in Republic of Bashkortostan”.

Deputies will also listen to the report of the Government RB concerning results of state property privatization. The draft bill “Structure and T/O strength of the Audit Chamber RB” will be also under discussion.

Besides, deputies intend to discuss the question concerning approximate program of law-making activity of the State Council RB during the autumn session 2012 and to listen to the information about Bashkir parliament’s activity in the course of the spring session.
