Plenary session of State Council-Kurultay-RB started working in Ufa

The report of the ombudsman for human rights in Bashkortostan Rim Kaumov about observation of human rights and liberties in the republic in 2011 opened the 50th gathering of the State Council-Kurultay-RB of the fourth convocation today. After that the deputies intend to discuss modernization of general education system.

Deputies intend to consider four Republican bills in the second and the third readings at once: “Alteration of the law RB “About investment activity in Republic of Bashkortostan in the form of capital investments”, “Alteration of the Ecological Code RB”, “Alteration of the law RB “Regulation of land relations in Republic of Bashkortostan” and “Alteration of the law RB “Physical culture and sport in Republic of Bashkortostan”.

Nine bills will be considered in the first reading. Thus, the following laws expected to be altered: “Municipal service in RB”, “Road Fund RB”, “Hunting and hunting resources RB”, “Culture” and “Social servicing of population in Republic of Bashkortostan”.
