Plenary session of Bashkir parliament started working in Ufa

Summary report of the President RB Rustem Khamitov about work balance of the Government RB-2011 opened the 49th gathering of State Council-Kurultay-RB of the fourth convocation today.

Two bills will be discussed by deputies in the third reading and five – in the second reading, including the bill “Ombudsman for the rights of businessmen in Republic of Bashkortostan”. Passing of this law has to favorably affect investment climate in the Republic and at present time similar bills are discussed practically in all Russian regions, aimed at additional support to small and medium business.

The deputies also intend to discuss five federal bills.
