Problems of religious tolerance were under discussion in Neftekamsk

The seminar “Muslim community and tolerance” has taken place in the town of Neftekamsk yesterday and chairman of the Council for state and inter-confessional relations under the President RB Vyacheslaw Pyatkov, the chairman of the Clerical Muslim Dept RB, mufti Nurmukhamet Nigmatullin, his deputy Ruslan Sayakhov, the head of the Clerical Muslim Dept’s youth agency Ainur Arslanov, imams from several Bashkir regions and towns, pedagogues of the Islamic College by Miriam Sultanova, the father superior of Neftekamsk’s Peter and Paul Church, archpriest Alexei Tikhonov and representatives of law-enforcement bodies were taking part in it.

Participants of the seminar were discussing the problems of Islamic education, religious ignorance and development of friendly relations with other religions.
