The 47th gathering of State Council-Kurultay-RB is held in Ufa

The 47th gathering of the State Council-Kurultay-RB of the fourth convocation is held in Ufa today. About 25 Republican bills are included into the agenda. The majority of these bills have to be brought in conformity with the federal legislation.

About ten bills are offered for consideration in the third reading, such as “The normative legal acts”, “Fauna” and others. More than ten bills will be considered by the deputies in the first reading. The law-makers intend to introduce amendments to the Ecological Code RB and to the law concerning free legal consulting for children-orphans.

The report “The state of Bashkortostan’s legislation in 2011” will be also introduced to the State Council RB.
