Vladimir Putin considers restoration of the Ministry for affairs of nationalities reasonable

The Chairman of the Russian Government Vladimir Putin thinks that the present state structure in sphere of national policy doesn't meet the requirements of development of multinational community in Russia.

“The Ministry for regional development is engaged in these problems but it seems not enough” - Vladimir Putin said during “straight communication” with Russians - “because the Ministry for regional development concentrates itself on social and economic problems and the problem of national well-being and national development stands on the second and even on the third place. At present time such structure evidently fails to meet the realities of nowadays”.
