Rustem Khamitov has met the General Director of “ITAR-TASS” Vitaly Ignatenko

On December 8 the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has met the General Director of the federal state unitary enterprise “The news telegraph agency of Russia (ITAR-TASS)” Vitaly Ignatenko in Moscow.

The problems of organization of a seminar-meeting “The infoware for implementation of innovations in economics of Volga federal district” were under discussion in the course of the meeting. The seminar will take place in Ufa on December 11-13 and staff correspondents from many Russian news agencies will participate in it.

The public affairs service of the President RB reports such seminar under the aegis of ITAR-TASS and with the assistance of the Presidential Administration RB will be held in the region for the first time.

For the reference: Republic of Bashkortostan cooperates with ITAR-TASS since the middle of 1980s. The agreement about informational cooperation was signed between the Government RB in the person of the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov and the news agency ITAR-TASS on April 5, 2011. The document is signed with the purpose of ensuring of operative, reliable and all-sided coverage of political, economic, social and cultural life of the Republic and for support of investment attractiveness of the region.
