The President of Bashkortostan held a meeting with citizens of Neftekamsk

The President of Bashkortostan held a meeting with citizens of Neftekamsk. As he said, this is one of the towns, considered self-sufficient in our Republic: here oil industry, machine building and house building are available.
The President RB said that he would hold such meetings in other towns and regions too. At present time the population has many questions to the Government and to certain extent it can be called dissatisfaction with the authority, so the President and his Government try to work with people and not separately. According to Rustem Khamitov the Republic needs serious changes because earlier the region lost the dynamics, necessary for steady development.
Rustem Khamitov said he wanted to make Bashkortostan one of the most prosperous regions and he had certain plans how to do it. These plans are quite simple: making new workplaces and this in its turn demands construction of new enterprises. 120 billion rubles of the consolidated budget RB can't be enough and in opinion of Rustem Khamitov for real progress the annual budget of Bashkortostan should amount to at least 150 billion rubles, i.e. the Republic needs other 30 billion every year additionally – the same figure, generated by the whole system of “BASHNEFT”. So in order to get such means one has to erect the same oil complex and it can't done in a moment but people demand new roads and kindergartens already today.
As the President RB reported, several big productions and about 15 medium ones will start working in the Republic in 2012 practically in all spheres: in agriculture, timber industry, chemical industry etc.
Rustem Khamitov has stated at the meeting that working for people is his main goal. Taking the opportunity the citizens of Neftekamsk put some questions concerning social-economic development of the town before the President RB.
