The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has taken part in the mourning ceremony on the occasion of the death of the Crown Prince, the deputy Chairman of the Ministers Council, the Minister of Defense and Air Forces, the General Inspector of the Armed Forces of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Sultan ben Abdel Aziz Al-Saud on October 26 in Riyadh by the instructions of the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev.

The Prince Naif ben Abdel Aziz Al Saud has received the President of Bashkortostan. Rustem Khamitov expressed condolences to the members of the Royal Family, to the citizens of the Kingdom and mentioned that Sultan ben Abdel Aziz Al-Saud was strong leader and prominent politician, making great contribution to consolidation and prosperity of Saudi Arabia.
