Rustem Khamitov has met the activists of the all-Russian National Front in Bashkortostan

On October 21 the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has met the activists of the all-Russian National Front in Bashkortostan. The ways of the Front's activation on the eve of the State Duma elections and its interaction with the political party “United Russia” were under discussion at the meeting.

“The pre-election time is the time, when turbulent processes start arising in the society and this phenomenon is absolutely normal” - Rustem Khamitov mentioned, analyzing the present situation in the Republic - “Society should express various ideas and the only criterion we have to follow is legality and activity strictly within the frames of the Russian legislation”.

In opinion of the President RB these conditions are still observed but as far as the elections are coming closer, the efforts to turn the debates to the illegal space will certainly be present.

Rustem Khamitov has underscored the necessity of a single approach in pre-election activity and called two most important conditions, which make this approach different: first, this is rationalism and strict following the legal principles and, second, this is a resolute repulse to any attempts to attack the elections, using the illegal methods.

“2011 is the year, very important for further prospects in development of the country” - the President of Bashkortostan said - “And social, economic and public development of Russia directly depends upon the staff of the State Duma, elected in 2011”.

The President RB urged all comers to work with people honestly and openly.

“I don't need dishonest and false figures” - he stated - “I need normal and objective results and I figure on your ability to work with people. We have to explain that any pseudo-revolutionary and conflict way always means the loss for the society and hunger, devastation and long recovery will be the next stage in this case”.
