Constantine Tolkatchev: “We build our work on the principles of openness”

The Chairman of the State Council-Kurultay-RB Constantine Tolkatchev held a meeting with the editors-in chief of the Republican public-political editions on October 19 in Ufa. The editor-in chief of the newspaper “Bashkortostan” Niyaz Salimov, the acting editor-in-chief of the newspaper “Republic of Bashkortostan” Elsa Khoreva and the editor-in chief of the newspaper “KYZYL-TAN” Fail Fatkhdinov were taking part in the talk.

“We'd like to discuss the ways of our further interaction and to listen to your proposals” - the speaker of the Bashkir parliament said - “At present time the Republican parliament actively works both with the new bills and with the questions, incoming through the blog and the site of the State Council RB as well as through other means of communication. Unfortunately in the majority of cases our population isn't aware of its rights and fails to defend them. We have to continue our explanatory work together”.

“Every edition should build its work, coming out from its audience, the concept of the edition and its own policy. All publications should be aimed at the readers. We build our work on the principles of openness and ready to give all explanations and comments to any questions, concerned with our activity” - Constantine Tolkatchev stated.
