Rustem Khamitov has taken part in opening of tenement-houses in the village Bakaly

On October 6 the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has taken part in solemn ceremony of opening two tenement-houses in the village Bakaly, the public affairs service of the President RB reports.
The three-storied tenements consist of 48 flats, erected by the House-Building Fund RB within the frames of the social program. Citizens of the region, needy of improvement of their living conditions, veterans and widows of the participants of the Great Patriotic War received flats there. The area of one-room flats is 46 square meters and two-room ones-56 square meters.
Rustem Khamitov congratulated the citizens with house-warming and inspected new flats. The tenements were erected at rather low prices –the price of one square meter here varies from 16,5 to 18 thousand rubles. The head of the Republic was satisfied with the fact that they managed to cheapen the construction process. “It is difficult but we try and find various ways to cheapen the cost of one square meter” – he said.
