The rate of Rustem Khamitov in the list of the best Russian lobbyists goes up again

The rate of the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov in the Top 10 of the best Russian lobbyists – the regional Russian leaders – is going on growing. This is the result of the interrogation, made by the agency of economic news and ordered by “The Independent Newspaper”.

Rustem Khamitov holds the seventh position in the list of the regional leaders in the nomination “Very strong efficiency”, leaving the Governor of Kemerovo region Aman Tuleev and the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov behind. If in July 2011 the positions of the President RB were estimated at 4,04 points, in August this coefficient increased again, making up 4,11 points.

The Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin leads the Top 3 of the best lobbyists – the regional leaders in the nomination “Very strong efficiency” and George Poltavchenko (Saint-Petersburg) with Alexander Tkachev (Krasnodar region) go behind.
