Ildar Malakhov: “The President demonstrated the care of the believers all over the country”

The director of the Islamic College by Miriam Sultanova Ildar Malakhov believes that the initiative of the President RB Rustem Khamitov to announce the Muslim holidays Uraza-Bayram and Kurgan-Bayram the days off on the federal level will be widely supported by the governors of Russian regions.

“I do hope that Rustem Khamitov will carry his proposal through” – Ildar Malakhov mentioned – “The fact that the President of Bashkortostan decided to bring our main Muslims fests on the federal scale shows his care not just of the Republican Muslims but of the Muslims all over the country. The adherents of Islam in Russia will be happy. I think the governor of many Russian regions as well as the leadership of the country will vote for this idea”.

In opinion of Ildar Malakhov this proposal mustn’t meet misunderstanding from the representatives of other confessions in Russia.
