Rustem Khamitov has taken part in Russian-Dutch diplomatic arrangements
The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has taken part in the state dinner on behalf of the President of Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev in the honor of the Queen of Denmark Margaret the Second and also in the returning official reception of Her Majesty, the public affairs service of the President RB reports.
The President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev, the Chairman of the Russian State Duma Boris Gryzlov, the Minister of foreign affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov, the Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev, the Minister of culture of Russia Alexander Avdeev, the Minister of power-engineering of Russia Sergey Shmatko, the Minister of transport of Russia Igor Levitin, the Governor of Pskov region Andre Turchak, the Governor of Kaliningrad region Nikolai Tsukanov, employees of the Presidential Administration RF and representatives of business community were present at the reception from the Russian party.
The Queen of Denmark Margaret the Second, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Denmark in Russia Tom Risdales, several high rank employees of the court and business delegation of Denmark were present at the reception from the Dutch party.
Plenty of business meetings have taken place in the course of the arrangements. Several promising projects in sphere of agriculture and energy-saving are indicated. Some of these projects are planned to be developed in Bashkortostan, in particular the project with the Dutch company “Danfoss”, which representatives already paid a reconnaissance visit to Bashkortostan earlier.
“Dutch companies display great interest in huge and steadily growing Russian market” – the Queen of Denmark Margaret the Second said – “And the fact that the number of Dutch companies, participating in this visit, is unprecedentedly high visually demonstrates this statement”.
