Ramil Bignov: “Primaries are the democratic procedures, which have to be put into practice”

The primaries are going on in Bashkortostan. The chairman of the regional union of the public communities RB “Tatars of Bashkortostan” Ramil Bignov holds the 33rd position in the rate. The candidate estimates the theme of the all-national voting positively.

“Primaries are the necessary procedure and at that it is enough democratic” – he says – “I suppose that this theme, rather new for the country, should be put into our practice. To my mind it represents very serious constituent when determining the leaders and the candidates. These are the democratic procedures, which should become a reality of our life. I decided to take part in the primaries quite wittingly. In the very beginning of the primaries I was in Afghanistan, later I faced some problems with health. But I don’t intend to surrender and believe that for the rest of the time I will be able to repair an omission”.

Ramil Bignov thinks that “honesty and decency have to become the main qualities of State Duma deputy and not the desire to regulate one’s life”.
