Razif Rapiev: “I’d wish my child to live in the state with the laws, headed for people first of all”

Politicians, sportsmen and teachers are in the list of 123 candidates of the all-national primaries, who present their programs all over the Republic and all them are unanimous that the country needs the changes, aimed at cardinal improvements of life. Thus, the director of the amber medical treatment center “RAPICENTER”, the candidate of biological sciences Razif Rapiev poses the problem to build the legal state, where its treasures belong to the nation, before himself.

“I am 59 and my child will be 2 years old soon” - he said to the news agency “Bashinform” – “And, sure, I’d wish my child to live in the state with the laws, headed for its people first of all. I intend to build the legal state with equal opportunities for everyone. The program I present in the Republic now includes the following clauses – nationalization of the treasures of the Republic and state alcohol monopoly. Realization of these two aims presumes wide scope of work on all levels of power but on the legislative level first of all”.
