Michael Zakomaldin is appointed the Minister of internal affairs in Bashkortostan

On July 29 the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev appointed the Police Mayor-General Michael Zakomaldin the Minister of internal affairs in Republic of Bashkortostan, thereby dismissing him from the earlier work status, the portal www.kremlin.ru reported.
Michael Zakomaldin was born on September 5, 1965, in Kurgan region. He started his service in the law-enforcement structures as a listener of the Police Higher School in Omsk. After the end of the courses he was appointed to the post of an officer of the criminal investigation department in the city of Kurgan. His further labor activity was closely concerned with the criminal police.
Since August 30, 2007 he was taking up the post of the first deputy Minister of internal affairs, the chief of the criminal police in Republic of Karelia. He was appointed the Minister of internal affairs in May.
