“Primaries are the procedure, conducted only by one party – “United Russia” – the head of the “United Russia” regional executive committee Rustem Ishmukhametov said to the news agency “Bashinform” – “And I believe that the use of the system of the all-national preliminary voting is one more witness of the party’s openness. To my mind the procedure of primaries is aimed at the disclosure of the most authoritative and responsible people, offering real mechanisms for improvement of our quality of life”.
