Discussion of the National Budget to be continued in Bashkortostan

The public hearings within the frames of the “United Russia” project “National Budget” will be continued in Bashkortostan.

The chairman of the State Council-Kurultay-RB Constantine Tolkatchev called this project a qualitatively new variant of work over the budget, having no analogues in the history of our country, at today’s press-conference in the news agency “Bashinform”.

“This project, initiated by “United Russia”, is supported by the all-Russian National Front” – he mentioned - “And if earlier formation of the budget and control over its execution were the privilege of very narrow circle of specialists – economists and politicians, now every citizen of the country gets a chance to take part in this process. Sure, the parameters of the budget come from objective showings of economic development, but the essence of the project “National Budget” is that one has to determine the most substantial directions of the budget and its hot spots, demanding serious investments, taking the opinion of the population into account”.
