Constantine Tolkatchev believes that deputies of Bashkortostan will make weighty endowment to formation of federal legislation

The chairman of the State Council-Kurultay-RB Constantine Tolkatchev has stated on the eve of the primaries that he pins high hopes on those, who will be included into the list of candidates to State Duma deputies from our Republic.

“Those, taking part in the primaries, will act within the frames of the National Program” – he mentioned – “This Program will consist of two parts – the federal and the regional. All candidates from Bashkortostan have to follow the clauses, stated in the regional part. I hope that a new staff of the State Duma will be at least and perhaps even more qualified in the law-making process. At present time Russian Federation faces many problems, related to development of its legal system and I hope that the group of deputies from Bashkortostan will taken an active part in all actions, initiated by “United Russia” as well as by the State Duma committees. I also hope that the law-makers from our Republic will be able to make weighty endowment to development of law-making and will support the bills, directed to the State Duma by the State Council-Kurultay-RB. Thereby we hope to participate in formation of the federal legal space”.
