All-national voting is a new form for consolidation of Russian society
The all-national primaries for selection of candidatures for their further elimination to State Duma deputies will start in the Republic in the nearest future and only 15 candidatures will be selected of 120 offered.
The dean of the faculty of economics and management at the Bashkir State Academy of public service and management Olga Malykh says that the primaries is quite necessary action from the point of view of consolidation of the society.
“Since the primaries represent a new system for the Republic, it is rather difficult to estimate its efficiency from the economic point of view” – she mentioned – “The level of efficiency can be calculated, comparing expenses and profits. The expenses are unknown to me but as for the benefits, I believe, it is quite evident. The all-national voting represents a sort of consolidation for the society, quite necessary for the citizens of Russia now. For the last decade very serious stratification has occurred and in this connection people fail to form the main goal of development, i.e. in what direction we are moving and how. From this point of view consolidation of all people in the form of the all-national front or any other form, if such form is offered, is quite actual and important”.
