The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has held a meeting with the director of the French-Russian Research Center

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has held a meeting with the director of the French-Russian Center for humanitarian investigations Jean Radvani today and organization of the summer school for Russian and French post-graduates was the subject of discussion. Bashkortostan was chosen the site for the school in 2011.

“We are going to exchange experience and information concerning the course of the researches on development of Bashkortostan and Volga federal district” – Jean Radvani said after the talk with the President RB – “We are very interested in inter-ethnic and religious relations in such poly-ethnic region as Bashkortostan, so we decided to work here this year”.

The seminar for post-graduates on the problems of federalism will be held in Ufa today in the second half of the day and the four-day summer camp of the research center will start working tomorrow in one of the eastern regions of the Republic. 20 post-graduates and experts from Russia and France will take part in this work.
