The President of the Trade-Industry Chamber RB Uri Pustovgarov positively estimates the appointment of Vladimir Balabanov as the Head of the Presidential Administration RB. He said to the news agency “Bashinform”, commenting this appointment, that “this is the trend of dynamism and the confirmation that the Republic makes one more step from the administrative variant towards the all-sided development”.
