Rustem Khamitov made staff transfers in the Presidential Administration and in the Government of Bashkortostan

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov signed several decrees concerning new appointments in the Presidential Administration RB and in the Government RB.

Thus, Vladimir Balabanov, earlier taking up the post of the deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB – the Minister of economic development RB, is appointed to the post of the head of the Presidential Administration RB.

Vladimir Balabanov was born in 1968 in Ufa. He had finished the Moscow Commercial University and later served in the Armed Forces. He was working at various oil-mining and repair enterprises, taking up the leading posts at the bank “URALSIB”; he was the executive director of JSC “RUS-BANK” and the leading advisor of “ROSGOSTRAKH” President. In 2010 he started working in the Government RB. He is an honorable economist of Bashkortostan.

Anvar Makhmudov, earlier taking up the post of the head of the Presidential Administration RB, is appointed the deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB.

He was born in 1955 in Ufa. He has finished the Moscow State University by M. Lomonosov. He is a mathematician by education. He started his work activity as a junior researcher at the Bashkir division of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. For a long period of time he was on the active army duty. Later he was working at the Ufa administration as an advisor and further – as the chief specialist and the advisor of the head of Ufa administration. In 2010 he was appointed the deputy head and further - the Head of the Presidential Administration RB.

Eugene Mavrin is appointed the Minister of economic development RB.

Eugene Mavrin was born in 1964 in Ufa. He has finished the Bashkir State University, the Moscow Institute of statistics, economics and information sciences. He worked as a free secretary of the Komsomol Committee at the Bashkir State University and at the same time studied at the post-graduate courses. He was the secretary of the Bashkir Students Union. Further he was working at various posts, including the post of executive director at the bank “URALSIB”. Since 2010 and till nowadays he was taking up the posts of the deputy and the first deputy Minister of economic development RB.
