Gregory Rapota, Rustem Khamitov and the deputy Minister of defense of Russia Dmitry Bulgakov have held a meeting of the operational staff

The Plenipotentiary of the President of Russia in Volga federal district Gregory Rapota, the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov and the deputy Minister of defense of Russia Dmitry Bulgakov arrived to the scene of action near the village Urman in Iglinsky region RB early in the morning today. Gregory Rapota has held an operative meeting with participation of Rustem Khamitov and Dmitry Bulgakov in the staff, located not far fr om the ammunition depot, wh ere a series of explosion was still going on. At present time the Plenipotentiary of the President RF in Volga federal district together with the President RB and the deputy Minister of defense RF are flying over the explosion site by helicopter.

At present moment the rescue services are working on the site and the efforts on prevention of the cases of looting are undertaken. The population of the village is evacuated but five buses stand near the staff in the event of the necessity of additional evacuation. Water for fire extinguishing is delivered from the nearest pond.

The explosions at the ammunition depot are still going on.
