The law concerning allocation of free ground area after the third child’s birth is passed in Bashkortostan

The deputies of the State Council-Kurultay-RB have passed the law “The alteration of the law “The regulation of land relations in Republic of Bashkortostan”, initiated by the Republican Government, today, on May 19.

The law expands the article 10 of the active law with the clauses, in accordance with which the parents may acquire a ground area, found either in state or in municipal property free for construction of individual house in case of either birth or adoption of the third child and the next children beginning from January 1, 2011.

For the reference: the initiative concerning allocation of free ground areas to the families with many children was stated by the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev in his annual Message to the Federal Assembly. At present time there are more than 30 thousand families with three and more children in the Republic.
