Bashkortostan turned out to be in the tail-end of the administrative reform

Bashkortostan turned out to be in the tail-end of the administrative reform and its rates are evidently lower than the average all-Russian ones, as the first deputy Minister of economic development RB Eugene Mavrin reported at the last governmental meeting.
The administrative reform is developed in the region during five years and it is aimed at lowering of the administrative obstacles between the state and the society and at the rise of quality and availability of municipal and public services. According to the reform the satisfaction of population with quality and availability of public services should be at least 60%. People will have to appeal to functionaries for obtaining some service just one time and business people – not more than two times. Now the real situation in the Republic is too far from these standards and local population constantly faces numerous obstacles. The business community appeals for one and the same services seven times on average and at the same time overpays for these services by 60% more than the normative cost.
