The Chairman of the State Council-Kurultay – RBConstantine Tolkatchev is taking part in the solemn actions, devoted to the 105th anniversary of Russian parliamentarism, in Saint-Petersburg. Here the first gathering of the State Duma – the first Russian parliament – has taken place on April 27, 1906.

The gathering of the Russian Law-Makers Assembly under the State Duma is held in Saint-Petersburg on April 26. The international conference, devoted to the 105th anniversary of parliamentarism in Russia, will take place on April 27 in the Taurida Palace – the headquarters of the CIS States Inter-Parliamentary Assembly. The chairman of the State Duma Boris Gryzlov, members of the Federation Council, representatives of State Duma political fractions, international parliamentary communities, legislative bodies of Russian regions, scientists and students will take part in its work.
