Vladimir Medinsky: “Objectively Bashkiria looks much better now”

The State Duma deputy, doctor of political sciences Vladimir Medinsky has highly appreciated the changes, occurring in Bashkiria for the last six months, in the BST TV-program “Nonrandom People”.

“Objectively Bashkiria looks much better now and it is good, its dynamics is noticeable” – he said - “It is important for the investors, who look where they can get real profits and where the conditions for that are the most comfortable. Your President gathered business people, having certain interests in Bashkiria, from all Russian regions, in order to have a talk with them just in several days after his inauguration and it was one of his first correct steps”.

The deputy thinks the Republic has changed much for the last six months.

“The time of changes has come: new leadership and new directors of big business enterprises” – he said – “High rates of such changes are really good, moreover we are talking not about some revolutionary changes but just about new dynamics and new management. Not long ago I’ve learned that 25 thousand people visit the Presidential blog every day and this is the circulation of rather popular newspaper (though about 90% of blog messages are usually negative). From one side it says about the authority’s tendency to explain its position and its decisions and from other side we all understand that the materials can be negative as they may be but the President reads what people write to him and takes this information into account”.
