Problems with use of agricultural lands were under discussion in Ufa

The widened meeting of the commission for economics, business undertakings and land policy of the World Bashkir Congress (Kurultay) executive committee, devoted to efficient use of the agricultural lands, has taken place in Ufa with the participation of the World Bashkir Congress executive committee’s members, representatives of the Ministry of land and property relations RB, scientists and farmers.

The participants of the meeting have marked that the natural reserves of the Republic don’t belong to the nation, so it is necessary that the land would be in property of local population.

“Land is our base and heritage” – the chairman of the Agricultural Union RB Zifkat Saetgaliev stated – “And we don’t want these lands to leave us, we have to preserve this wealth for future generations”.

As the Professor of the Bashkir State Academy of public service and management under the President RB Radil Mukhametdinov reported, 40% of local lands don’t belong to citizens of Bashkiria.

The participants of the meeting have marked it is necessary to supply the Bashkir families, wishing to return to their historical Motherland – Bashkortostan, or the families, which would like to leave cities for villages for house making and soil tilling, with the ground areas.
