Presentation of Bashkiria to be held in Saudi Arabia

Presentation of Republic of Bashkortostan will be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the head of the Presidential administration’s foreign and interregional relations department RB Ruslan Mirsyapov reported in “BST” TV-program “Nonrandom People”.

“The presentation will be held in Jeddah and Riyadh” – he reported – “And we intend to take our best musicians and painters there because culture unites faster than business sometimes”.

The presentation will take place in the second half of 2011, admittedly in November. Besides, Bashkortostan will hold the exhibition of documents of the legendary diplomat Karim Khakimov in Riyadh jointly with the Russian Embassy, where the diplomats from different countries are to be invited.

Bashkortostan has already presented its exposition at the last economic forum in Jeddah and according to M-r Mirsayapov the Arab businessmen were amazed with the banners, demonstrating the landscapes of South Ural. They’ve liked Bashkir honey too.
