Rustem Khamitov suggests a new mechanism for support of small business should be launched

The President of Bashkiria Rustem Khamitov called development of small business a priority for the Government of the Republic and suggested the really functioning mechanism for its support should be launched. The main aim of such support is to alter the system of allocation of state means for small business support because now not those, who really work, may figure on such state backing, but only those, who made the process of state support obtaining their “profession”.

“This support for “pseudo-businessmen” represents absolutely inefficient way to spend the means of our tax-payers” – Rustem Khamitov stated – “And it is better to avoid any help than the help in such form”.

Rustem Khamitov offered the business community to mobilize itself, putting forward their own proposals on altering this situation.

“If our business fails to work up any collective strategy, trying to change the current system for the better, the whole situation can hardly be improved” – the President RB believes.
