The President of Bashkiria Rustem Khamitov is taking the floor with the Message to the State Council-Kurultay-RB. The theme of the Message is “Confidence in authority is the pledge of successful work”.

The practice of the presidential annual messages to the State Council-Kurultay-RB counts already one decade and a half.

The annual Messages determine the strategy in development of the region, so they always cause wide public response. The main results of public-political, social-economic and cultural-spiritual development are reflected in this program document. It outlines the ways of further progress of the Republic in the interests of an individual as well as of the whole society.
