Rustem Khamitov is included into the Top10 of the best lobbyists among regional leaders

The President RB Rustem Khamitov is included into the Top 10 of the rate of the best lobbyists among regional Russian governors according to the data of the investigation, made by the Economic News Agency by the order of the “Independent Newspaper” in January 2011. The efficiency of work of the Russian governors, aimed at lobbying of regional projects, was estimated by the investigation.

The President of Bashkiria holds the 10th position among the regional leaders in the group “Strong efficiency”. As compared with the similar investigation made in December 2010, the rate of Rustem Khamitov has gone up by one point.

Such leaders as the Governor of Nizhniy Novgorod region Valerie Shantsev (11th position), the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov (the 12th position), the Governor of Sverdlovsk region Alexander Misharin (the 14th place), the Governor of Chelyabinsk region Michael Urevitch and the Governor of Leningrad region Valerie Serdukov (both on the 16-17th positions) and others are found in one group together with Rustem Khamitov, the public affairs service of the President RB reports.
