Historical-cultural center “Saraily” will be opened in Blagovarsky region RB

The President of Bashkiria Rustem Khamitov signed the decree concerning the establishment of the historical-cultural center “Saraily” by Kanzafar-Bey in Blagovarsky region of the Republic. The center will be located in the village Stary Usman.

The center “Saraily” is called to become a spiritual monument of Bashkortostan’s voluntary entry the staff of Russia because Kanzafar-Bey was an adherent of such joining and was admitted by many historians as the first Bashkir parliamentarian, which started the negotiations concerning Bashkiria’s entry the staff of Russian state. Besides, such centers contribute to restoration of the national arts and crafts and historical memory of the nations, preservation of national monuments, language and literature. According to the decree the administration of the region has to work up and approve the plan of actions on establishment of the center within one month, the public affairs service of the President RB reports.
