Emirate building holding became interested in erection of social housing in Bashkortostan

“We’d like to activate construction of available housing and ready to help the companies, entering this market” – Rustem Khamitov stated. At present time Bashkiria erects about two million square meters of housing every year and in the future this showing has to be increased up to three million.

“We are ready to cooperate with Bashkortostan on erection of social housing” – M-r Bader Hirsch said. At that the businessman specified at present time the company intended to open its office in Ufa and was ready to offer several projects, which would be launched in Bashkiria in the nearest future – the development of the territories near the airport of Ufa and construction of the logistics center for air freights.

Our territorial advantages are evident” – the President of Bashkiria said – “We are ready to offer other variants of cooperation in construction of buildings, techno-parks and objects of culture and sport. We intend to erect new hotels and tourist objects in Bashkiria and we need the modern technologies you possess in construction sphere”.
