Vyacheslaw Glazychev has met with the members of the Public Chamber RB

The meeting of the member of the Russian Public Chamber, chairman of the commission on regional development Vyacheslaw Glazychev with the representatives of the Public Chamber RB, the Youth Public Chamber under the State Council-Kurultay-RB, regional divisions of the political parties and public communities has taken place in Ufa, the Culture Palace “NEFTYANIK”, and prior directions in cooperation of the Russian Public Chamber with the colleagues in Bashkortostan were under discussion there.

“The active work of the Russian Public Chamber on interaction with the regional public chambers is already running for one year” – Vyacheslaw Glazychev mentioned – “the meetings and seminars with the representatives of the local chambers are quite regular and this a chance for all of us to share with the experience, which is accumulated, thus becoming really invaluable”.

“The Public Chamber of Russia more and more often becomes a site of independent expertise, which absence adversely affected the quality of the law-making process earlier” – Vyacheslaw Glazychev said – “The hearings of the Public Chamber gather serious experts, representatives of the State Duma committees and ministers”.

The problems of introduction of juvenile justice, the expediency of establishment of agglomerations, interaction between the Public Chamber and the Youth Public Chamber under the State Duma, principles of discussion and prospect of the new federal law “Education”, the role of non-commercial organizations in solution of the concrete aims in development of the country and several other questions were discussed at the meeting.

In conclusion Vyacheslaw Glazychev has again pointed out the actuality of the analytical discussion of the problems in the country and the necessity of active participation of the public chambers in this process.
