The President of Russia urges to develop e-government

The President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev urges to develop the “e-government system” in the regions in his annual Message to the Federal Assembly and according to him such system is already working in some regions.
“At the same time I have a certain grudge against the way the e-governments are working in the regions” – the leader of the country said – “We have to develop this system further”. Modernizing the system of public services and inculcating innovational technologies in this sphere one has to pay special attention to public services for population in opinion of Dmitry Medvedev.
“We should involve non-commercial organizations in this sphere more actively” – the President said – “Such organizations often know the situation in the regions much better than the authority, they possess the unique experience and help the people, found in risky situations. Their participation can become more real and will help to lower the level of corruption”.
This theme is of high importance for our Republic. Bashkortostan has become one of the first Russian regions, on which territory the “e-government system” was launched. Today the project “Social Card RB” is successfully working on our territory and the electronic document circulation between different public and municipal bodies is already launched here too.
