The President of Bashkiria will listen to the Message of Dmitry Medvedev in Kremlin

The President of Bashkiria Rustem Khamitov is found in Moscow on a visit now. Together with the governors of other Russian regions he will listen to the annual Message of the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev to the Federal Assembly and to the whole population of Russia. This solemn action will start in Kremlin at 12 o’clock (Moscow time).

The leader of the country will address himself with the Message to the parliamentarians for the third time. In the first Message Dmitry Medevev told about modernization of the political system and in the second – about modernization of Russian economics. It is expected this time he will talk about reforms in social sphere. In the process of the Message’s preparation Dmitry Medvedev held numerous meetings with the leaders of the State Duma fractions and communicated with the Russian citizens, coming to the presidential waiting-rooms in different regions of the country. In the course of these meetings Dmitry Medvedev was talking about such vital issues as charity and help to homeless children. It is also expected a certain part of the Presidential Message will be devoted to the aspects of rapprochement of Russia with the United States and the European Union.
