Ramil Bignov: the means of the Bashkir oil complex should belong to all citizens of the Republic

The means from sales of the control packet of shares of the Bashkir fuel-energy enterprises should belong to all citizens of the Republic and directed to development of education, culture and support of the regional public organizations. This is the opinion of the chairman of the regional national-cultural Tatar autonomy RB Ramil Bignov.

“I fully agree with the President of Bashkiria Rustem Khamitov, who suggested that the supervisory boards of those charitable funds, on which accounts these means are found, should be formed”- Ramil Bignov said to the news agency “Bashinform” – “The Bashkir oil complex was erected by several generations of the Republican citizens. It means that today the whole 4-millionth population of Bashkiria has the right to figure on certain dividends, obtained from the sales of these enterprises. The staff of these supervisory boards should include the people, widely known in the Republic by their honesty and incorruptibility, and the representatives of the authority – they will help to make the activity of these boards transparent and clear for everybody”.

It should be reminded that the means, obtained from sales of the shares of the Republican fuel-energy complex enterprises, make up about two billion dollars and are concentrated in four charitable funds now. The supervisory boards in these funds exist now too but they mainly consist of the people from the so-called “old team” and in opinion of Ramil Bignov this staff should be diluted with the fresh flow of specialists and this renewal should be in the interests of the ex-president RB Murtaza Rakhimov too.

“M-r Rakhimov has to avoid prevention of the process of formation of the funds’ supervisory boards. Moreover, he has to initiate this process himself if he wants the population RB would keep positive recollections about him as about the man, who served the interests of the multinational population RB first and not his own”.
