Political-transformational and cultural aspects in development of Russian regions were discussed in Ufa

The traditional all-Russian scientific-practical conference “Modern development of Russian regions – political-transformational and cultural aspects” is declared over in Ufa. 150 scientists fr om 23 Russian regions and also from the CIS states – Byelorussia and Kazakhstan, representatives of the authority and public organizations RB have taken part in its work.

The participants of the conference have come to the conclusion that many social-political and social-cultural changes at the federal level are determined by the regional transformations. Stable constitutional basics of political stability and conduction of the reforms in the society are present in Russia and its regions but the political system of the country still has to provide real delim itation of the authorities and the multi-party system, to build up the institutes of democracy and public society and to formulate a new moral of federalism.

The experience of Bashkortostan in formation of tolerance between different ethnic and religious groups plays an important role in opinion of the participants of the conference, since it orients the adherents of various religions to the values of public development and directs social activity of the believers to moral purification of public, everyday, family and business life.

The spiritual and cultural development of Russia is possible only on the base of the active dialogue between all poly-ethnic Russian regions, respecting the culture of every nation and acknowledging the right of every nation for existence and cultural enrichment.
